中文摘要 工作中心度反应了工作在个体生活中的重要程度。本研究在我国文化经济背 景上，以不同性质的企业员工为被试，通过访谈、项目分析、探索以及验证性因 素分析、信效度分析等统计方法，开发出我国《企业员工工作中心度问卷》。该 问卷包括三个维度：工作对自己价值实现维度，该维度是指个体的成就需要通过 工作来实现的程度；工作重要性维度，该维度包括两个方面：一个是相对重要性， 这是指工作相对于其它生活领域比如家庭、休闲、社团等的重要性；另一个是绝 对重要性，这个没有比较标准，只是个体认为工作对自己来说有多重要；个体对 工作行为的认同维度，该维度是指个体对人类普遍工作行为的认同程度。 人口统计学变量在工作中心度上的差异检验结果发现，男性的工作中心度普 遍高于女性；管理者的工作中心度普遍高于一般员工，管理者内部，随着层级的 升高，工作中心度也随之升高。而年龄和学历在工作中心度上没有显著差异。 研究还发现，工作中心度与工作——家庭冲突中的工作对家庭引起的冲突正 相关，即工作中心度越高，越容易引发工作对家庭的冲突。 关键词：工作中心度 工作——家庭冲突 工作重要性 Work Centrality and The Relationship Between Work Centrality and Work-Family conflict Abstract Work centrality can reflect the importance of work in individuals life.The study developed a Work Centrality Questionnaire among chinese workers.The questionnaire has three dimensions,and they all meet statistical index.The one dimension is named realizing self-value via work,this means how work can meet your achievement need;The other one named the importance of work,this dimension include absolute importance and relative importance.Absolute importance can reflect a belief toward work as one of life areas;Relative importance can reflect the importance of work as compared with other areas of life;The last dimension is named identify with work behaviour,this reflect a positive or negative attitude with the human general behaviour. The difference of demography variables on work centrality has found that men have higher work centrality then women,and managers have higher work centrality then general workers,and with higher manager lever,the higher work centrality who has.But age and education have no difference on work centrality.
