常州传统百货业如何应对电子商务冲击的研究 摘 要 百货业作为传统零售业的核心之一，在国民经济中发挥着重要作用。随着常州经济发展加快、居民收入和购买力水平的全面提高，常州百货业在国家和政府的大力支持和引导下，进入了快速发展阶段。百货店凭借着环境优良、品种齐全、功能丰富等特点逐渐在零售行业中发展壮大，呈现规模大型化、组织集团化、经营多元化等特点。但是，常州百货业不仅面临着内部固定成本增加、管理难度加大、经营模式固化等问题，还受到来自多方面的冲击，比如，新兴零售业态、外资百货的入侵以及电子商务的影响。 电子商务作为新兴信息化产业，在市场份额和销售额等各方面都在影响着传统百货业。从2009年2000亿元的交易额到2012年10000亿的实现，以及2013年的“双十一”当日交易额突破350亿，短短4年的时间里实现日销售额猛增近700倍，电子商务已经不断的渗入百货行业，不断的渗入各行各业的发展。然而，电子商务与百货业并不是水火不容的，常州传统百货业在信息时代下要想保持蓬勃发展，就要学会摆正自己的位置，利用多渠道零售去创造价值，有效的将电子商务和传统百货相融合，实现创新，实现共赢。 本文从相关数据阐明百货业和电子商务发展的现状，通过电子商务对百货业的影响分析，进一步对常州传统百货业发展电子商务市场进行SWOT分析，进而提出建设性意见。 关键字：百货业 电子商务 多渠道零售 Research on Changzhou traditional department stores how to deal with the impact of Electronic Commerce Abstract The department store industry as one of the core in traditional retail industry, plays an important role in the development of national economy.
