摘要 本文在概述了可编程控制器和触摸屏的特点及目前各自的发展现状的基础上，分析了两者结合应用的发展前景，并结合实际，设计了一个由PLC与图形操作终端F940-GOT组成的液体混合控制系统。在该控制系统中，以可编程控制器（PLC）为现场控制器，以图形操作终端作上位机，组成了计算机监控系统PLC实现顺序逻辑控制和模拟量闭环控制，图形操作终端则进行集中显示和操作，提高了系统的自动化水平。 本文以液体混合控制系统为中心，从控制系统的硬件系统组成、选用的软件介绍到系统的设计过程（包括设计方案、设计流程、设计要求、画面设计、梯形图设计、文件下载、外部连接通信等），旨在对其中的设计及制作过程做简单的介绍和说明。文章最后还说明了设计重点与难点，并分析了其市场发展前景及以后的研究方向。 关键词：可编程控制器，触摸屏，图形操作终端，F940-GOT，工业控制，人机界面 Abstract This text analyzed the development foreground of the programmable controller combinative applied with the touch hold in the foundation of saying their characteristics and currently eachly from of the development present condition. Combining the actuality, design a control system for mixing liquids using PLC and sketch operating terminal F940- GOT. In this control system, regardding the programmable controller( PLC) as the spot controller, and making the sketch operating terminal as the place of honor machine, they constitut the calculator supervise and control system PLC to realize the order logic control and the wreath control of the deal of imitating.Then the sketch operation terminal proceeds concentrativlly to manifestting and operatting, increasing the automation level of the system. This text with the control system of mixing liquid for center, constitute, choose from the hardware system’s constitution of the control system and the introduction of the software to the design process( including the design project, design process, design request, appearance design, trapezoid diagram design, the document downloads, exterior conjunction correspondence etc.) of the system, aim is to give a brief introduction and elucidation of design and creation processes.In the finally,The article still explains to the point and the difficulty, and analyzes it’s market development foreground and future research direction.
