摘要 milling machine）系指主要用铣刀在工件上加工各种表面的机床。通常铣刀旋转运动为主运动，工件和铣刀的移动为进给运动。它可以加工平面、沟槽，也可以加工各种曲面、齿轮等。还能加工比较复杂的型面，效率较刨床高，在机械制造和修理部门得到广泛应用。 PLC（可编程序控制器）是一种专业在工业环境下应用而设计的数字运算操作的电子设备。采用可编程序控制器对X62W铣床传统的电气控制系统进行改造，简单介绍了X62W的用途，结构和运动形式，详细阐述了改造设计方案。根据X62W铣床继电器控制电路的组成，确定PLC的输入输出点数，并进行PLC型号选择，依据其继电器控制电路的工作原理，给出了X62W型万能铣床PLC控制改造的设计梯形图，提高了X62W卧式铣床电气控制系统的可靠性和干扰能力，并借助组态软件MCGS实现了X62W的远程监控及操作。 关键词：PLC 万能铣床 电气控制 Abstract The milling machine is one kind of machine which main use the cutter processing a variety of surfaces on the workpiece.Usually cutter rotary motion is the main movement,the movement of the workpiece and cutter is feed motion.It can machining flat,groove,also can machining all kinds of surfaces,gear.The milling machine can process more complex type of surface, more efficient than the planer,is widely used in machinery manufacturing and repair department . PLC (programmable logic controller) is a professional digital computing operations electronic equipment designed in industrial environment.Use PLC transform the electric control system of traditional X62W milling machine,simple introduced the X62W purposes,structure and motion form,transformation design scheme is expounded in detail.According to the composition of X62W milling machine relay control circuit.Determine the input and output points of PLC,and the PLC model selection.According to the working principle of the relay control circuit,gives the X62W type universal milling machine PLC control design of ladder diagram,to improve the reliability of electric control system of X62W horizontal milling machine and interference ability,with the help of configuration software MCGS to realize the remote monitoring and operation of X62W.
