可取式桥塞 一、用途: 可取式桥塞是一种油田用井下封堵或挤灰工具，主要由座封机构、锚定机构、密封机构等组成。采用独特的自锁定结构，具有可靠的双向承压功能，无需上覆灰面，即可实现可靠的密封。可取式桥塞用液压或电缆投送工具送进座封，需要时可解封回收，经更换易损件后仍可重复使用。它可与其它井下工具配套使用，进行临时性封堵、选择性封堵等。可取式桥塞可广泛用于试油、修井、测试、油气层改造等施工，是一种安全可靠、成本低廉、功能齐全的井下封堵工具。 二、工作原理： 将可取式桥塞连接在液压投送工具（电缆坐封工具）的下端，将桥塞下至设计深度，用泵车向管柱内打压（点火），桥塞的张力棒（环）拉（剪）断，桥塞坐封，投送工具随管柱起出井筒。需要时,用专用的桥塞打捞工具下井即可解封起出桥塞。 Retrievable Bridge Plug 1. Application It’s a kind of downhole tool used in oil field for plugging and cement squeezing. It is mainly composed of a setting unit, anchoring unit and the sealing unit. Retrievable bridge plug is delivered to suitable place by hydraulic tools or cable to realize sealing, can be retrievable after unsealing. It can be reused after replacing wearing parts. It can be widely used in formation testing, workover, testing, pay zone transformation and other constructions. It is a multi-functional down-hole plugging tool with safety, reliability and low cost. 2. Working Principle Connect retrievable bridge plug with the bottom of the hydraulic transportation tools (cable setting tool), put downward bridge plug to designed depth, and give pressure to the pipe column (ignition) with pump. Pull the tension rods (ring) of the plug to break (cut off) it and realize sealing. The transportation tool is pulled out of the well with the column. If necessary, put the special plug fishing tool down the well to unseal and get the plug out of the well. 3.
