LANZHOU UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY 毕业设计 题 目 灌区泵站控制系统设计 学生姓名 王琪 学 号 专业班级 自动化2班 指导教师 刘朝荣 学 院 电气工程与信息工程学院 答辩日期 2012年06月12日 摘要 泵站在当今生产和生活领域有着举足轻重的作用，泵站是将电（热）能转化为水的势能，从而进行农业灌溉，城市供水，渍涝排水以及夸流域调水的一项综合水利工程。本次设计的主要内容是对灌区泵站的自动化监控系统设计，通过对现场的信号采集，通过plc的程序控制，同时把反馈信号传输给监控计算机。采用以计算机控制技术和电缆通信为核心的集控系统，对灌区运行状态、水位、水量进行监控。按照工艺要求设计了PLC控制系统，其中包括PLC的选型、系统资源配置以及按照洗车废水回用系统工艺流程编制PLC程序，设计了以人性化、智能化为目的的灌区泵站控制系统。构建一个以泵站监控系统实现灌区计算机自动化运行、管理的目标。上位机采用组态王监控，下位机采用西门子PLCS7- 200 系列cpu226 可基本满足各种自动控制需要外,还有良好的扩展性、低廉的价格以及强大的指令功能, 使其完全满足小规模的控制要求。基于S7- 200系列PLC 以上特点, 用于我国小型水电站自动化系统, 可以很好地解决实际问题, 实现无人值班, 少人值守。 关键词：灌区泵站 自动控制 西门子PLC 组态王 Abstract Pump station in todays life and production field has a pivotal role, pumping station is put the electric water potential energy could be transformed to, and thus for agricultural irrigation, the urban water supply, waterlogging drainage basin and stains boast water a comprehensive water conservancy project.
