空调管网流体输配与优化设计 摘 要 空调为人们的生活生产活动提供了舒适的室内环境，对人们的身心健康、产品质量以及提高劳动生产率做出了巨大贡献。近年来，我国的空调行业获得了史无前例的机遇。随着空调系统规模的不断发展，空调水系统也愈加复杂。空调水系统作为空调系统的重要组成部分，其设计合理与否与系统运行状况和节能水平息息相关，因此对空调水系统进行优化既产生社会效益又产生经济效益。 尽管空调水系统的布置型式、控制方法以及系统设计方法经过数十年的发展，有了很大的改进，能耗水平大幅度降低，但是空调水系统，尤其是对水系统的可调控性和水力平衡重视度不够，导致在实际运行中出现一些问题。 本文针对空调水系统的平衡方法进行了相关研究。首先介绍了变流量空调水的基本概念、基本理论以及相关设备主要特性。分析了调节阀的流量特性、流量系数及阀权度，继而阐述了平衡调节阀的原理及特性，为平衡方法的研究打下理论基础;其次，通过对空调水系统进行水力平衡分析，引入水力失调和水力平衡的概念以及水力平衡的实现方法。最后结合北京某酒店的工程实例对所研究的平衡方案进行应用分析，使得整个空调水系统实现全面平衡。 关键词 空调水系统;水力平衡;变水量;平衡调节 Abstract Air-conditioning, by means of providing better inner room environment for human living and production, greatly contributes the health of man physically and psychologically, and the quality of their production and the productivity of their labor. In latest years, this industry brought by air-conditioning has met its unprecedented opportunity in this country .With the constant expansion of Heating Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC) system, the air-conditioning water system is becoming more complex, which also causes increasing energy consumption. As an important part of HVAC systems air-conditioning water system decides the operation mode and the energy-saving level of HVAC system. So the optimized design of chilled water system brings social benefit and economical benefit. Although the cooled water system has been carefully studied and developed in the equipment disposal, control strategy and system design during the recent ten years, this system in the world, especially regardless of adjustability and hydraulic balance of hydraulic networks leads to some troubles in practical running. This article has conducted the related research in view of the approach of hydraulic balance of air-conditioning water system.
