四老沟矿12#层矿井毕业设计 摘 要:本次设计是大同矿区四老沟矿12#煤层。该矿位于大同煤田东北端，距大同市25Km，距口泉站5.3Km。井田内有公路贯穿，交通方便。 据井田地质资料：该井田煤层平均厚度为1.68m，经鉴定为低瓦斯矿井，瓦斯相对涌出量平均为0.1m3/t。煤层有爆炸危险性。煤的自燃倾向等级为易自燃。根据矿井涌水量预测，该矿井正常涌水量为3800m3/d。 设计采用斜井煤门单水平开拓方式，共开掘有两个进风井（主斜井、副斜井）和三个回风井。井田共划分有八个盘区，开采煤层为12＃。矿井采煤方法为综合机械化开采方式，综合机械化掘进，生产区队设置有：一个综采队和两个机掘队。 矿井达产时的首采工作面位于东带区，该带区划分为9个条带，工作面长度为180m，推进长度为2546m，回采顺序采用后退式、回采工艺中厚煤层单一走向长壁综合机械化采煤法，采用“四·六制”作业制度。采空区采用全部跨落法管理顶板。 关键词：矿井开拓、采煤方法、综合机械化采煤 Abstract The design is mine in Datong Coal Mining Area Silaogou 12 # coal seam.
