哈尔滨远东理工学院 学士学位论文 题 目： 减震器盖装配线自动给料 机械手设计 姓 名： 郑 毅 分　　院： 机电工程学院 专　　业： 机械 学 号： 指导教师： 陈树海 二0 一 四 年 五 月 日摘 要 减震器是汽车悬架系统中的重要部件之一，它影响着整车的舒适性、操作稳定性、安全性等重要性能. 减震器盖自动上料的自动化程度影响着减震器的生产效率,随着工业化的发展和市场竞争的要求，对现在制造工业产品质量的稳定性、生产效率的要求越来越高，因此在生产现场搬运机械手成为一个工厂提高生产效率、提高产品质量稳定性、降低综合成本的一个必然选择。 本文简要地介绍了机械手的概念、发展状况及其组成，气动技术的应用，PLC控制的特点及国内外的发展状况。对气动自动上料装置进行了总体方案设计,设计其自动上料系统机械手,主要完成了减震器盖自动上下料机械手的机械部分、气压系统和PLC（可编程序逻辑控制器）控制系统三大部分的设计。整个动作的完成是通过气缸驱动的，并利用PLC进行了编程控制。 该上下料机械手能够取代手工劳动，降低工人劳动强度，提高上料的生产效率。 关键词：机械手；上下料；减震器盖 Abstract Shock Absorber is one of the important components of the car ,It affects the cars comfort,Stability operations,Security and other important properties.The automatic degree of the damper covers automatic loader have the impact on the whole production efficiency.As the developmen of the industrialization and the demands of the market competition,the high demand of the manufacturing industry on the stability of product quality, production efficiency is necessary ,Therefore, in a factory,handling machinery become an inevitable choice to increase productivity, improve product quality stability, reducing the cost an so on. This article introduced machinists concept, the development condition and the co-mposition briefly, air operated technical application, PLC control characteristic and domestic and foreign development condition. It has carried on the overall concept design to the tire valve automatic high-quality goods installment.designs its automatic high-quality goods system manipulator.The thesis mainly completes three parts of the damper cap manipulator’s machine systems,hydraulicand PLC(PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTRLLOR)control.The entire movement completion is actu-ates through the air cylinder, and has carried on the programming control using PLC.
