石家庄市香江大厦空调工程设计 摘要:石家庄市香江大厦空调工程设计。该大厦共十四层，建筑总面积13578㎡，其房间功能主要是办公室。空调区夏季总冷负荷812，基于冷负荷、湿负荷、热湿比及功能区特点，确定出了空气——水系统在该大厦的具体应用。考虑到经济性以及可行性，得出了一套空调系统方案，并针对此方案进行了水力计算、设备选型。对于消声减震、保温防腐也做了一定的设计。 首先，考虑到办公室空调负荷变化大，其各个房间有朝向不同、使用时间不同、散湿量不大等因素，故本设计皆采用风机盘管加新风空调方式。新风直接由新风口经过滤网进入新风处理机组其空调设备分别吊装在吊顶内，可节省有效面积的使用。 其次，本设计采用两管制、闭式系统，各层水管异程布置。两管制系统采用同一套供回水管路，冬季供热水，夏季供冷水。两管制系统具有管理方便，一次性投资小等优点。在本设计中同层的水平管和立管上皆采用异程系统，这样给施工带来方便而减少工程造价。 第三，考虑到石家庄所处的地理位置和气象参数，可以使用地源热泵机组作为冷热源，将其放置在地下室专用机房。 全套图纸，加153893706 关键词：空调区；冷负荷；空调系统；逐时法；假定流速法  Air-conditioning Engineering Design of Shijiazhuang Xiangjiang Tower ABSTRACT: Designs a set of central air-conditioning for a building 。This hotel altogether fourteen, the construction total area is 13578㎡, its mainly function is office and so on.
