摘 要 目前，处在多元化发展时期的中国企业孵化器在创立、运营、管理等方面已逐 步趋于稳定化的成熟状态。随着企业孵化器在硬、软件环境等方面的竞争优势的同 质化，入孵企业迫切需要的管理咨询、法律咨询、融资服务、技术服务等将成为决 定入孵企业孵化成功的核心竞争力的关键因素，这也正是中国不少孵化器的弱势所 在，而网络化的运行模式则恰好可以解决这一问题。 构建科学合理的孵化器网络化运行模式是孵化器高效运行与健康发展的关键之 一，是拓宽企业资源获取渠道、改善企业孵化期经营格局、优化企业资源配置与利 用率、提高科技成果转化率，并最终形成企业竞争优势的可持续发展之路。因此， 为促进企业孵化器更好更优更快的发展，我们有必要在理论层面和实践操作层面对 企业孵化器网络化这一运行模式进行更深入更系统更全面的深入研究。 本文根据企业孵化器的网络化发展趋势，在综述前人理论研究成果的基础上， 通过对现行的企业孵化器运行机制的优化，对企业孵化器网络化运行这一新兴的运 行模式进行深入探讨。通过对企业孵化器的网络化的运行模式、博弈模型、网络化 运行模式影响因素和实证分析等方面的系统研究与论证，以期为对企业孵化器的网 络化运行模式的研究提供一定的参考和建议。 以前的对企业孵化器网络化的影响因素多是定性分析，本文运用更加科学、合 理的方法分析评价影响企业孵化器网络化运行的的各个关键性因素，在写作过程中 力求将定性与定量方法相结合，将实证分析与规范分析相结合，使研究更具有应用 价值，这也为为研究区域孵化器网络化运行影响因素提供了理论参考。 关键词：网络化演进；网络化运行模式；合作博弈分析；主成分分析；实证分析 Abstract Currently, business incubators in China have already run into the mature state in creation, operation and management during the diversification development period. With the homogenization of the competitive advantage of hardware and software environment of business incubators, the incubated enterprises are in urgent need of management consulting, legal advice, financial services, technical services which will be incubators core competitiveness as the key factors in successful operation. These are the weaks of many incubators in China, and the operating mode of the network can solve this problem exactly.
