Wuhan Univ ersity , Wuhan 430079, China) Abstract: By using high resolution DTM, global gravity model and surface gravity data Chinese gravity geoid of mainland is determinedwith remove restore technique at first. Then the gravity geoid is fixedto a Chinese height anomaly network to ob tain a Chinese mainland quasi geoidwith 15c @ 15c resolution and dm accuracy, which has been examined by 80 GPS level ing points of Chinese Crustal Movement Monitoring Network. The examination results demonstrate that the accuracy of the mainland quasi geoid is reliable, i.e. the absolute accuracy higher than ? 0. 3 m in the east of longitude E120b, ? 0.4 m in the west of E120b and north of latitude N36b, ?
