T herefore, m ore and m ore staff w ho n eeds to b e train ed to p articipate in th e w ave of vocational train ing . F aced w ith su ch a hu ge train ing m ark et, variou s typ es of vocational train ing in stitution s continu e to em erge. B ut th ere are a lot of d ifferences in teach er resource, train ing cond ition s an d sch oo l size, so it is d ifficu lt to m eet th e m assiv e dem an d for v ocation al train ing. T h e h igh er vocational co lleges, w h ich poses doub le fu nction of b oth vocational edu cation and train in g and hav e inh erent advantages in professional settings, facu lty, train ing condition s and m anagem ent m ethods, shou ld p lay a v ital role in vocational train ing. B u t b ecau se th ere is not enough em ph asis on vocational train ing and not enough connection betw een en terprises, and also becau se of th e unfitness of training m ode, the grow th of vocational train ing capab ility has b een restricted, and the ro le of m ain force can not put into full p lay.
