The Clinical Research of Treating Stomach-heat and Fu Dysfunction of gastrointestinal Resulted in Sepsis by the Method of gas regulating purgative Speciality：Chinese and Western medicine combined with clinical Tutor: Kong Li Author ：Wei Jin Ling Abstract Objective: Through clinical observation of patients with sepsis who have stomach –heat and fu dysfunction of gastrointestinal ，to explore the method of gas regulating purgative for the clinical efficiency of this disease.Methods: The subjects of clinical observation of 60 cases of all causes of sepsis in patients with conventional drug therapy as the control group, traditional Chinese medicine plus conventional drug therapy for the treatment group were observed in patients diagnosed during and after treatment for heat-phlegm of spleen and stomach dysfunction resulted in sepsis;Observe the changes of correlative indexes of patients who have e definite diagnose and after treatment ;compared two groups of clinical efficiency in patients after the treatment. Results: Two cases of symptom score, APACHEⅡscore and the PCT value and so on compared with those before treatment have decreased, and there is a significant difference (P0.05); compared with the control group after treatment, a drop of the treatment group than the control group (P0.05). The treatment group was higher (P0.05).The complications of treatment group is lower than the control group notably.Conclusion: The mathed of gas regulating prugative can improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators, improve the treatment efficiency , improve the prognosis and have some clinical value Key words gas regulating prugative; heat phlegm of the spleen and stomach deyfunction
