思想政治教育视域中大学生法制教育研究 中文摘要 大学生法制教育一直是我国教育体系中马克思主义思想政治教育的重要组 成部分。在社会生活中，法律的重要地位日益突出，国家和个人都对此投以越来 越多的关注。法律素养是每个人应具备的基本素养，大学时期是大学生世界观、 人生观、价值观形成的关键时期，在此期间培养良好的法律素养尤为重要。因此， 对大学生进行法制教育十分必要。当前，大多数大学生对法律的理解和把握已达 到基本要求，但仍存在不足。从学校方面看，大学生法制教育开展取得了一定成 效，但从大学生自身的价值观上看，法制教育效果有的还未见成效。因此，加强 和改进大学生法制教育现状就变得非常紧迫。 大学生是祖国的希望，他们肩负着构建社会主义和谐社会的历史重任。解决 大学生法制教育所存在的问题，不仅能够促进思想政治教育体系的发展，更能满 足整个教育体系的发展要求。本文旨在思想政治教育视域中，分析大学生法制教 育的内涵及其与思想政治教育辩证关系的基础上，对当代大学生法制教育所存在 的问题以及原因进行具体深入分析，着力构建出解决对策：切实调整大学生法制 教育培养理念；完善大学生法制教育内容；改进大学生法制教育的实践途径；重 视大学生法制教育师资队伍建设；内化大学生的法制观念和法律意识。试图为高 校在思想政治教育视域中对大学生法制教育的改进和创新发展提供理论依据和 教育对策。 关键词：思想政治教育，大学生，法制教育 I Ideological and political education from the perspective of research on Legal Education of College Students Abstract The legal education of university students has been an important part of the ideological and political education of Marxism in Chinas education system.
