旗山煤矿初步设计 摘要：本设计是针对徐州矿务集团有限公司旗山煤矿进行初步设计，在本井田范围内，地质条件较简单，瓦斯涌出量较小，涌水比较小。设计年产量0.90Mt/a，服务年限57.5a。矿井采用两水平上、下山开拓，第一水平为-600m水平。矿井通风方式为中央并列式，主井和副井进风，中央风井回风。井下采用梭式折返井底车场。本矿井布置两条大巷，一条轨道大巷，一条运输大巷。轨道大巷辅助运输采用7t架线式电机车牵引3t固定式矿车。运输大巷采用胶带输送机运输。矿井第一水平划分为是个采区。每个采区布置两条上（下）山，其中轨道上（下）山进风，运输上（下）山回风。在矿井两翼分别布置一个综采工作面和一个炮采工作面。由于本矿井开采水平较深，所以矿井排水设计采用分段排水系统。矿井主要通风机为BD型轴流对旋通风机，采用调节动叶片安装角进行反风。 关键字： 旗山煤矿 初步设计 开拓方式 通风方式 The first step design of the Qishan coal mine Abstract: This design is the Jiangsu Province Xuzhou coal industry incorporated company the initial design of the prosperous Qishan coal mine，within the scope of this minefiel farmland， the geology condition is simple，the gas gushes quantity very small，flow out a water is not very big either，Design year yield 0.9 Mt/a，design service time limit 57.5 a..
