本科毕业论文 题 目：庄子的逍遥管理哲学 姓 名：吴桂兰 学 院：厦门大学人文学院 系：哲学系 专 业：哲学 年 级：2002级 学 号：f000000 指导教师（校内）：詹石窗 职称：教授 指导教师（校外）： 职称： 2006 年 5 月 12日 庄 子 的 逍 遥 管 理 哲 学 [摘要] 随着企业管理层级、管理幅度的增大，越来越多的授权成为一种时代的必需，甚至有人宣称“赋权时代”的到来。我认为，必须从人的本质出发，深刻洞察人的本真需要和自我实现以及内在超越的渴求，加以有效的情绪管理，才能够真正意义上实现赋权管理，才有可能真正意义上迎来所谓的“赋权时代”。从庄子的《逍遥游》发掘而出的逍遥管理思想是一种从人的本质出发深刻洞察和了解人的本真需要，从而成就人的自我价值的实现的管理思想，它尊重人才，给予人与生俱来的劣势和弱点以积极的肯定，并不以世俗的眼光否认消极，而是将“消极”视为一种积极的力量，让人的劣势在适当的情境中成为一种不可替代的竞争力。庄子的逍遥管理哲学其旨归在于认识人的本质需求，通过有效的赋权管理而真正地实现人的价值，从而实现企业和组织的价值。 [关键词] 庄子 逍遥管理 情绪资本 授权 赋权管理 The peripatetic management philosophy of Zhuang Zi [Abstract] More and more authorization becomes a great need of the time, as the management hierarchy and management range of corporation is enlarging. Even more，some people alleged that the time of Delegation is coming. I think, only when we deeply ascertain man’s natural need and the zest for thyself achievement and surpassing the inner self, adding up to efficient management of emotional capital, a corporation can realize the Delegation management. And we may embrace the time of Delegation in a realistic sense. The peripatetic management philosophy, which hails from Enjoyment In Untroubled Ease of Zhuang Zi, is such a theory that it deeply considers man’s natural need from man’s nature in order to achieve man’s self-fulfillment and self-esteem. It respects person with ability. It bestows positive affirmation on man’s inherent disadvantages and weaknesses and doesn’t disaffirm negative in a worldly view. It regards negative as a positive power and allows it to turn into an indispensable in a certain situation. The main aim of the peripatetic management philosophy of Zhuang Zi is by the way of knowing man’s natural need and adopting efficient delegation management to realize the value of man.
