摘 要 本次设计做的是滨州山东置业有限公司开发建设的龙溪鑫都21#，23#住宅楼项目，本工程为包括阁楼在内的六层砖混结构，总建筑面积为3485.52㎡。本次毕业设计分为两部分，一部分为工程量计算，另一部分为施工组织设计。工程量计算，各人根据自己的图纸选择一部分进行工程量计算，工程量包括基础，标准层及屋面工程。本工程的基础采用的是筏板基础，施工采用机械大开挖。主要的工程量包括，基础工程，混凝土工程，钢筋工程，模板工程，门窗工程，屋面工程，装饰工程等。施工组织设计部分，根据所学知识主要有工程概况，施工部署，施工准备，施工方法，质量管理保证措施及工期保证措施，安全保证措施，环境、职工健康安全管理措施，及竣工交付使用后的回访工作等。工期则采用倒推法，先确定总工期，在确定各施工过程的劳动力分布情况，及机械使用情况，进而画出施工横道图。另外根据施工平面布置原则，再结合建筑物实际情况，画出施工现场平面图。在本设计中我们认真做好每一部分的工作，这样就能方便工程更全面，更具体的进行施工。总之我们以保证质量，方便施工，便于管理为目标，科学认真的完成本次毕业设计。 关键字砖混结构工程量计算施工组织设计 Abstract This design is made of real estate co.LTD.
