云南大学旅游文化学院 本科生毕业论文 题目： 中小企业内部财政控制方法及分析 系 别： 会计系 专 业： 会计学 学 号： 姓 名： 指导教师： 完成时间： 20 年 月 日 评定成绩： 中小企业内部财政的控制方法及分析 摘要 随着社会经济的不断发展和市场竞争日趋激烈，我国产业集中速度加速提升，企业规模也不断壮大，我国企业管理中体现的弊病也日益凸显。企业内部控制是实现企业战略目标的重要工具，在企业内部管理监控系统中起着决定性的作用。内部控制缺陷的认定是评价内部控制是否有效的关键指标,企业内部控制缺陷的存在会严重影响企业发展。内部控制制度的创建和完善，对企业防范舞弊、提高企业社会责任意识、降低损失和提高盈利能力都有重要意义。但是由于我国的内部控制理论还不够先进，大部分中小型企业的内部控制制度还不健全，内部控制缺陷经常出现，影响企业和社会的发展。本文以丽江天天生物科技为例分析了内部控制缺陷产生的原因和后果，并提出我国中小企业防止内部控制缺陷产生的对策。 关键词：企业内部控制理论 企业内部控制缺陷 丽江天天生物科技 Abstract With the continuous development of community economy and the increasingly intense market competition, the speed of the industry concentration in china is faster, while the problem in corporate management is becoming prominent .As the important measure for an enterprise to realizeit’s strategic target,internal controls of enterprise are very important in monitoring system.The existing of internal control weaknesses may restrict developing of the company,so the identification of internal control weaknesses is essential in estimating the effectiveness of internal controls.In order to reduce the loss and improve the capital profitability, its significant to establish and continuously improve internal control system. However, the internal control system is still not established well in china currently, internal control deficiencies can be found in many small and medium enterprises. Taking Tiancheng biology Company as an example, the article analyze the internal control deficiencies causes and consequences, and gives some proposal to prevent the defects of internal control.
