金融统计学专题论文 题 目：中国上市公司现金股利的影响因素分析 院 （系）： 商学院 目录 摘要 股利分配是现代公司财务管理活动核心内容之一，也被认为是当代理财学上的一个难解之谜。股利分配政策是以公司股东利益最大化为目标，在考虑公司长远发展，平衡公司内外部相关者利益的基础上，对利润剩余进行分配而采取的基本方针策略。股利政策影响因素的研究是股利政策理论研究的重要分支，其研究目的在于使股利政策成为公司管理层与公司其他各个相关利益人之间都可以理解的“语言”，从而降低信息不对称的风险程度。 现金股利是股利分配的主要形式，是对股东进行利益回报的重要方式。合理的现金股利分配政策，不仅可以树立良好的公司形象，而且能激发广大投资者对公司持续投资的热情，从而能使公司获得长期、稳定的发展条件和机会。 本文在参考国内外相关资料的基础上，对我国上市公司的现金股利分配的影响因素进行了研究。 关键词: 上市公司; 现金股利; 影响因素; 实证研究 ABSTRACT dividend distribution is one of the core contents of modern corporate financial management activities, is also considered a riddle in modern chrematistics. Dividend distribution policy is the companys shareholders benefit maximization as the goal, considering the company long-term development, balance the interests of the company internal and external stakeholders, based on the profit remaining allocated by the basic principle of strategy. Of main factors affecting the dividend policy research is an important branch of dividend policy theory research, the research purpose is to make dividend policy between company management and company each related interest other people can understand the language, so as to reduce the risk of information asymmetry. Cash dividend is the major form of dividend distribution, is an important way for shareholders to return. Reasonable cash dividend distribution policy, not only can set up good company image, and can stimulate the majority of investors of the company continued investment enthusiasm, thus can make the company achieve long-term, stable development conditions and opportunities.
