You will need 4 files for a double sided board. Top layer file, Bottom layer file, Board outline file, and Drill data file. The corresponding Gerber file extensions in Eagle will be .sol(for solder side), .cmp(for component side), .dim(for board dimensions), and .drd(for drill data). In the Import dialog window, select a matching entry from the drop down menu under Layer/Template. Select Drill Unplated for the drill data.
