论文摘要 文章是以企业集团财务管理模式为研究对象，以建立现代企业制度为选题背景。首先，对企业集团的概念、企业集团财务管理的概念、企业集团财务管理的特点和企业集团财务管理模式进行了阐述；之后对企业集团“集权式”、“分权式”、“集权”和“分权”相结合三种财务管理模式的弊端进行了比较分析；最后对企业集团财务管理模式选择的原则、企业集团财务管理模式选择的目标和企业集团财务管理模式的选择进行了研究与探讨。在此基础上，本文认为企业集团财务管理模式选择，要在充分发挥集团内部各子公司经营管理团队职能、才能的基础上，根据集团产品特点和行业特色，进行灵活、合理的安排，从而实现集团资金使用效率最大化，实现企业价值最大化。本文同时认为企业集团的财务管理模式是需要随着企业集团所处的经济环境、社会环境、内部环境的不断变化而适时调整的。 关键词：企业集团 财务管理 模式 选择 Abstarct This paper studies the financial management model of enterprise groups in the background of establishing modern enterprise system. First, the concept of enterprise group, enterprise group financial management concepts, financial management characteristics and enterprise group financial management mode of enterprise group are expounded; Second, Concentration of power, Decentralization of power, centralization and decentralization combined ,the three financial management patterns were compared and analyzed; Finally, enterprise financial management principles of selection, Corporate financial management goal of selection and enterprise financial management options for in-depth study and discussion. On this basis, this paper believe that choose the enterprise financial management options, to give full play to the various subsidiaries within the Group management team functions, in order, based on the product features and industry-based group features, flexible, reasonable arrangements to maximize the efficient use of funds and to achieve maximum business value. The paper also believe that the financial management system of enterprise groups is needed timely adjust on the base of the changing economic environment, social environment and the internal environment.
