Design and Study of the System for Disassembly and
Assemblage of Rolling Contact Bearing of Railway Wagon
ABSTRACT
With the rapid economical development of our country, there are great improvements in
the railway equipment and technology, which are reflected in the automation and information
transformation. As the growing demand for railway transportation, railway wagon towards the
direction of high-speed and heavy load.
Wheel always bears a lot of dynamic load, when the railway wagon is running, resulting
in wear and deformation, or even safety-related incidents. In order to discover and deal with
the wheel pairs of railway wagon faults and hidden dangers in time, we need overhaul and
maintain the wheel pairs. Based on the Regulations for Railway Wagon Repair in Depot ,
we need disassemble and overhaul the rolling contact bearing when overhauling the wheel
pairs, and assemblage the overhauled or new bearing to the journal. Disassembly and
assemblage bearing must be integrated into the design because it is a reciprocal process and a
systems engineering.
The 70T rail freight wagons have been put into use in recent years. The wheel axle
weight of the 70T rail freight wagon is 25T. Its main roller bearings assembled can be as
follows: 353130A, 353130B (C353130), CTBU150 (SKF ITALY V OR-7030A), 353150X2 -
2RZ, SKF353130-2RS(SKFTBU150), TUB150(SKFITALYVOR-7032), TAROL150/250TVP
808997, AP150 and other new types of roller bearing. Since it was used in 2005, the 70T has
gradually reached its maintenance period. As the existing disassembly and assemblage
equipments are equipped mainly for 21T wheel axle wagons, not for 25T, it becomes
