机械工程学院毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 新概念汽车座椅的设计 专 业： 车辆工程 班 级： 车辆113 姓 名： 刘双双 学 号： 1608110313 指导教师： 董福龙 日 期： 2015-5-3 目录 新概念汽车座椅的设计 引言： 近年来，汽车行业发展十分迅速，汽车在全球范围内的普及率持续增高。尤其是在我国，汽车销售量呈每年递增的趋势。汽车座椅是汽车的重要组成部分，同时也是人和汽车接触最多的零部件，它不仅影响驾驶员驾驶的舒适性，而且也影响着车辆内饰的风格、等级和豪华程度。因此，我国的汽车座椅行业作为汽车工业的重要配套行业，面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。 从目前情况上看，我国汽车座椅存在着很多的问题，首先是有透气性差，不能够及时将座椅上的潮气散发。夏天的时候，汽车暴露在阳光下时，车内温度很高，空调调节需要好久才能达到制冷的效果，这就使乘员感到不舒适，消费者只能被动的接受，十分难受。其次就是不能升降，同样高度的座椅，不同的人坐着的舒适度不同，这就意味着这样的座椅与部分人不协调。对于上述问题，我提出的新概念汽车座椅的设计主要是在汽车座椅的内部添加制冷和制热双向调节装置和升降装置[1]。这种装置可以把人机工程学与汽车座椅融汇到一起，为消费者提供更加舒适的乘坐环境。 关键词：汽车座椅；调温器；升降机构；人机工程学； 引言： Foreword:近年来，汽车行业发展十分迅速，汽车在全球范围内的普及率持续增高。尤其是在我国，汽车销售量呈每年递增的趋势。汽车座椅是汽车的重要组成部分，同时也是人和汽车接触最多的零部件，它不仅影响驾驶员驾驶的舒适性，而且也影响着车辆内饰的风格、等级和豪华程度。因此，我国的汽车座椅行业作为汽车工业的重要配套行业，面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。 In recent years, the automotive industry is developing very rapidly, the popularity of cars worldwide rate continued to increase.
