DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PEOs) Graduates will be able to synthesize Mathematics, Science, Computer fundamentals, and Laboratory experiences in Information Science and Engineering to formulate and solve problems. Graduates will succeed in getting employment in prestigious organizations. Graduates will succeed in the pursuit of higher studies. Graduates will communicate proficiently, work effectively in teams, practice professional ethics and assume social responsibility. Graduates will acquire the necessary skills for continued independent learning. PROGRAM OUTCOMES (POs) An ability to apply the knowledge of Mathematics, Science and Computer Engineering. An ability to design and conduct experiments, analyze and interpret results. An ability to design a system, component or process to meet the desired needs within realistic constrains. An ability to work on multi-disciplinary tasks. An ability to identify, and solve engineering problems. An understanding of professional and ethical responsibility.
