Research on the Spatial and Temporal Scale Effects of Aquifer Sys- tem Parameters in the Process of Modelling Identification Abstract* Aquifer system parameters have the decisive significance for calculation of groundwater systemwater correct or not.Such as resource assessment, management, sim- ulation and so on of regional groundwater. The traditional calculation method to aquifer system parameters is time-consuming and laborious, and accuracy is affected by many factors of natural and man-made. Therefore, in this paper, starting from the research tar- gets, which is the change regulation of different types of aquifer system parameters in the spatial and temporal scale and how to realize the high efficiency, high precision to obtain aquifer system parameters. Based on the theory of unsteady flow pumping test, use of modern advanced numerical methods and computer language FORTRAN90 analyzed and discussed to calculation different types of aquifer parameters. First of all, it gave the steady flow pumping test theory based on the Theis, Ja- cob-Hantushen, Bolton, Newman,used AGA to optimization and solution, modelling identification of confined aquifer, leakage recharge of confined aquifer and phreatic aq- uifer system parameters are realized. And compared with the traditional method, the cal- culation examples show that the reliability of aquifer system parameters calculation and high efficiency. Secondly, in view of the traditional identification method of aquifer system parame- ters require a longer duration of pumping test, so time-consuming, precision is influenced many factors of human, pumping time flow and so on.
