This paper to henan province as the research object, the use of henan province of related data and Eviews and regression analysis and testing showed that 30 years of reform and opening-up to the industrial structure of henan province since there are major changes, the first industry density lowered obviously, the third industry weight increased but range is not too much, the fastest growing impact is still the second industry.
