摘 要
本可研报告对碧海明珠住宅小区项目的可行性特别是经济方面的可行性进行了研究分析。通过研究分析,可以为项目的最终决策特别是该项目经济方面的合理性提供判别依据,同时还能为政府相关部门对该项目的报批审核提供文献参考。
该研究报告共分9章:总论、项目投资环境与市场分析、建设条件、建筑方案设计、工程项目环保节能消防、工程实施期间进度安排、投资估算及资金筹措、效益分析、结论及建议。
另外,该项目建成后,不仅能给开发商带来可观的投资回报,而且还会给政府带来大量的税收,取得显著的经济效益。同时又能安置好住户,改善和提高居民的居住生活条件和环境,为政府排忧解难,在承担社会责任的同时也会对当地发展产生积级的影响。

Blue sea pearl residential area project feasibility study report
Abstract
This feasibility study report on the blue sea pearl residential area especially the feasibility of the project economic feasibility are analyzed. Through research and analysis, we can final decisions for the project, especially in the project offered the rationality of the discriminant basis, at the same time also can provide the government related department review and approval of the program with reference.
The study is divided into nine chapters: pandect, project investment environment and market analysis, construction conditions, construction project design, environmental protection and energy saving project fire, during the project implementation schedule, investment estimation and fund-raising, benefit analysis, conclusion and suggestion.
In addition, after the completion of the project, not only can bring considerable return on investment to developers, but also can bring a lot of to the government tax revenue, obtained remarkable economic benefit. Can successfully relocated households again at the same time, improve and enhance residents living condition and environment, and for the government in the social responsibility at the same time also can produce product on the local development level.
