SPRING 2016 GUIDE TO ENROLLMENT FOR NEW STUDENTS Classes Start January 19, 2016 Registration Begins Nov. 30, 2015 New Student Enrollment Checklist Step 1: Apply for Admission /apply q Submit Application for Admissions online at the CTC webpage. Submit supporting documents to Admissions Department (Bldg. 119, Lobby) or email admissions@ q Official high school transcript with graduation date/GED Certificate q Official copies of transcripts from previously attended colleges or universities q Official copies of test scores q Residency documentation as requested Important: Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination Requirement New students age 21 and under and returning students who have had a break in a fall or spring semester are required to provide proof of a bacterial meningitis vaccination during the previous five years prior to enrolling in classroom courses. Step 2: Entrance Testing q Meet with guidance counselor to determine testing needs q Take pre-assessment q Take TSI assessment (Bldg 111, Room 233) Step 3: Academic Planning/Advising q Review Academic Fresh Start document in application, if applicable. q Not sure what you want to study? Browse our programs at /programs q Meet with an Academic Counselor (Bldg. 119) or a Skills Center Counselor (Bldg. 118) q Select certificate or degree plan with counselor Step 4: Financial Assistance q Apply online CTC school code is 004003 q Visit the Financial Aid Office (Bldg. 111, Room 121) q Complete required documents by deadline indicated and keep personal copy If necessary, you will be notified by email if additional information is required q Accept award online at Step 5: Registration and Tuition Payment q Register for classes at prior to the start of the term q Check the amount of your bill.
