The balance suspending offered a suspending solved scheme , and the demands satisfied through the suspending and the fixed safety . (ZA)suspending type controller was designed for satisfying the precision transition carrying with the high – speed of the alter load . After using the suspending type controller to precise the suspending load , the operator push the rope up/down by hand , in the 18 inch (457.2mm)scope , this type of the installation in the state of the balance float .
