Copy the following files to the same directory as this PowerPoint file, intro.ppt: acont.avi modal.avi impexp.avi airon.avi aemag.avi cfd.avi flotran.avi 2. Before the presentation, test each of the animations on the PC that you will be using for the actual course presentation. To play an animation: a. Display the slide in PowerPoint Presentation mode. b. To start and stop the animation, click the left mouse button with cursor on the picture. c. To advance to the next slide, click the left button with the cursor off the picture. 3. If an animation does not play, chances are that you need to re-establish the link between PowerPoint and the associated .avi file. To re-establish this link: a. In PowerPoint Slide View mode, double-click the left button on the picture (first animation frame). A message appears stating that the current multimedia file is unavailable, and you are prompted to locate the file manually. b. Click on Yes. c.
