Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of national economy, western manufacturing also plays an important role, it is not only the large consumption of resources, and produce environmental pollution source industry. So green products has been considered to be the only way for human to sustainable development strategy, which has become one of the hot spot of modern design, manufacture and consumption. How but, what kind of products are green products, objective and scientific comprehensive evaluation of products to green value, has become very important. Green green value of the product throughout the whole process of product life cycle, green product evaluation should also be geared to the needs of the entire life cycle of the product, it is not only a production after evaluation, what is more important in product design, product manufacturing, product use and recycling in different stages of the green attributes in the process of evaluation, in order to improve the green value of products. Thesis mainly from the system development background and significance, system design and related technologies, system analysis, system design, system implementation, system testing, six major aspects, mainly introduced the western manufacturing green product evaluation system design and implementation. This system with ASP.NET for the development of technology, usi
