Unit 6 Social Correspondence (II) Tasks Letter of Congratulation Letter of Thanks Letter of Complaint Letter of Apology Layout At the beginning of the letter body, the nature of complaint should be described, such as product defect, product damage, unsatisfactory services, unpleasant experience you have encountered, inconvenience caused and so on. You need to describe the incident in detail, including date, location, personnel, etc. Request corrective action at the end of the letter, and claim for refund or replacement. It may also include a demand for a prompt reply or an expression of confidence that the company will handle the matter satisfactorily and fairly.
