晋 中 学 院 本科毕业论文（设计） 题 目 晋城市农村幼儿教育资源配 置存在的问题及对策分析 院 系 专 业 行政管理 姓 名 学 号 指导教师 申请学位 学士学位 年 月 日 晋城市农村幼儿教育资源配置存在的问题及对策分析 学生姓名： 指导教师： 摘 要：幼儿教育资源是以政府为主导的公共产品，能够对社会公众提供公共服务。但是目前我国幼儿教育发展还存在诸多不足之处，城乡幼儿教育发展也存在很大的差距，并不能满足整个社会公众的需要。本文以晋城市幼儿教育资源配置的现状为例初步分析了幼儿教育发展落后的原因，并提出了几点建议。笔者认为为提高社会公共服务水平，政府应发挥其主导作用，大力兴办“公办园”，同时改革现有的“民办园”，大力宣传幼儿教育的重要性，积极鼓励社区幼儿园的建立与发展，提高我国普惠性幼儿园的覆盖率，提高我们幼儿教育资源的公共服务水平。 关键词：农村幼儿教育；政府；公共产品 褚彬秀威风凛凛 座位 Analysis of the existing rural preschool education resource allocation problems and Countermeasures in Jincheng City Author’s Name: Jiao junqing Tutor:Liu xiuqin ABSTRACT：Early childhood education resources is the governments public product oriented, able to provide public services to the public. But at present the development of preschool education in China still have many deficiencies, there is a big gap between the development of preschool education in urban and rural areas, and can not meet the needs of the public. Based on the present allocation of preschool education resources in Jincheng city as an example, a preliminary analysis of the development of early childhood education backward reason, and put forward some suggestions. The author thinks that in order to improve the level of public service, the government should play the leading role, to set up public garden, at the same time to reform the existing private garden, and vigorously promote the importance of early childhood education, establish and develop actively encourage community kindergarten, enhances our country the Pratt Whitney kindergarten coverage, improve our preschool education resources the level of public services.
