摘 要 随着社会主义市场经济的发展,股票市场体系运行机制日趋完善,股票市场已经成为我国社会主义市场经济不可或缺的重要组成部分。特别是随着股份制改造的深入,涉入股票市场的企业和个人越来越多,股票市场的发展变化牵动着千家万户的心，投资者(无论是个人还是群体)更加关心证券市场的行情和走向。为使市场投资者有一个好的心态面对市场的波动，科学应对市场的风险，投资心理的研究变得更加迫切。 本文首先明确了投资心理学的研究对象和作用；然后介绍了投资者心理状态的几种类型，在此基础上，分析了市场暴跌行情下的股民心理与行为；进而提出了培养投资者健康心理状态的建议；以使投资者能够用一个健康的心态进行理性投资。 关键词：股票市场 投资者 投资心理 Stocks Investment Analysis of Psychological Investigation Abstract: With the development of the socialist market economy, and the improvement of the stock market system on mechanism, the stock market has become one of the most indispensable components of Chinas socialist market economy. Especially with the deeply reforming of the shareholding system, more and more companies and individuals get involved into the stock market, so the developments and changes of the stock market affects the feelings of thousands of the households. Investors (whether individuals or groups) shows more concerns about the information and the direction or trend of the stock market. And the managers almost at all levels of the stock market are also pay more attention to the psychological characteristics and regular patterns of the investors ,looking forward to making our socialist stock market more mature and maintaining a good operation in the competition of the huge world market. In order to make the investors get a proper attitude to face the volatility of the market, and deal with the market risk scientifically, it has become more urgent to set up the research on the psychology of investing. As one of the important components of the finance engineering, the organic combination of the investment and psychology play an important role on dealing with the emergency of future market, forecasting the trend of the market, and stabilizing the order of the stock market. Firstly, a clear object of study of investment and the role of psychology; then introduced several types of psychological state of investors, in this based on the analysis of the market crash of investors under the
