基于FAHP的工程总承包模式下业主方 风险分析研究 摘要 工程总承包模式在我国近30年的发展打破了工程建设平行分包的传统局面。但是随着该模式的迅速推广，许多隐藏在其广泛施行下的风险因素也逐渐暴露出来，给业主方的项目运行带来风险。 本文以工程项目风险管理知识体系及我国现阶段工程总承包模式的执行情况为出发点，结合目前国内外关于工程项目风险分析方法的研究，对课题展开系统深入的讨论。通过对工程总承包模式下的建设项目运作过程及其在业主视角下管理特征的分析，导出该模式下业主方的风险管理过程。在此基础上，分析使用该模式的业主方在工程建设中风险因素的产生及特点，以建立该模式下业主方完整的风险分析体系，在引入模糊层次分析法及模糊综合评价方法后，形成具有一定操作性的风险分析模型，实现该模式下业主方风险分析的研究。 关键词： 工程总承包 FAHP 风险分析 业主方 Risk Analysis for the owners in the General Contractor of Project Based on FAHP ABSTRACT The development of the DB projects in China has broken the dominance of traditional model over the past 30 years. However, with the rapidly spreading of the project delivery, many risk factors hiding in the proliferation are beginning to show through, which brings risks to the owners’ project management. Integrating with the study on the risk analysis models at home and abroad, the subject is systematically discussed based on the knowledge hierarchy of the risk management in the construction project and the implementation of general contract model system in our country at this stage. From the operation of the DB projects and the management characteristics’ analysis from the owner arises the owners risk management process. On this basis, generation and characteristic of risk factors’ in the DB projects are analyzed, in order to establish the whole risk analysis system for the owners’ project delivery. Finally, an operational risk analysis model is formatted to realize the study on the subject through introducing the FAHP and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
