The cases involve the qualification of the reinsurer in litigat ion, Crown proceedings and immunity, jurisdict ional conflict betw een Hong Kong and the Mainland and the refusal of a collateral attack on the findings in an arbitration award, . These marit ime cases in 2010 refer to various disputes w it h complicated facts and are good references for the shipping practices.
