The Legal System of Social House ——the city of Wuhu as example Abstract The house is the essential need of people. Housing problem is related to the major problems of the peoples livelihood and work, and it directly affects the social harmony and stability. Affordable housing system in our country is one of the major initiatives what the government takes to solve the housing problems of low-income families. But because this system began late in our country, there were still many legal problems in practice. Taking Wuhu City as an example, there are three problems about the legislation: the legal status of the affordable housing system in our country is low, the norm of law is imperfect and the legislation is incomplete. In the enforcement there are also there a mainly problems, that’s inefficiency, the singularity in the execution mode and the absence of the withdrawal mechanism. The problems in the judicial procedure are the incompletement of the supervision, the difficulty to pursue legal responsibility and lack of insurance of judicial fairness. To solve these problems, we can take measures from the following aspects: First, for the legislation, we can improve the legislative level, consummate the law and the relevant norm. For the enforcement, the local governments should carry out the legal policy exactly, improve the enforcement efficiency actively, innovate the way of law enforcement scientifically, establish strict access and exit mechanism.
