摘 要 对于在社会各个领域都已经广泛运用的众多管理信息系统来说，进销存管理系统是其中一个发展方向，同时也是管理信息系统不可或缺的基础系统。随着科学技术的发展，计算机技术及信息技术广泛的应用于各个领域。作为企业，顺应信息化的发展潮流是壮大自己的必由之路。引进一套比较先进的管理信息系统是提高企业的管理水平、规范企业生产的有效方式。 本系统是根据某稀土产品工贸有限公司的实际需求，结合该公司的物资管理方式及企业运作方式来进行设计的。其中主要包括的功能模块包括：进货管理、库存管理、出货管理及基础信息管理模块。本文是基于面向对象的分析和设计方法，利用Visual FoxPro数据库、开发工具和语言，以及计算机技术对进销存管理系统进行分析、设计和实现。 本文首先从系统的设计背景、来源、内容、目的、意义以及国内外发展现状谈起，然后比较详细的介绍了一些关于系统设计的理论和方法。在此基础上对该系统进行需求分析、可行性分析以及功能模块的设计分析。当判断该设计方案可行时，即开始对整个系统进行详细的设计，以使各项功能得以实现。最后，对设计好的系统进行运行和测试。 关键词：稀土产品；进销存管理；到货库存管理；Visual FoxPro ABSTRACT For all areas in society, many management information system have been widely used, purchase-sell-stock management system is one of the direction of development. And it is the indispensable part of the management system. With the development of science and technology, computer technology and information technology is widely used in many fields. As the enterprise, conform to the development of informationization tide is the only way to strengthen ourselves. Introduce a relatively advanced management information system is the effectiveway to improve the management level of enterprises and to standardize enterprise production. This system is design for a rare earth products enterprise which according to its actual demand, and combined with the companys material management system and enterprise operation ways. This system include many function modules, such as purchase management, inventory management, delivery management and basic information management module. This paper is based on the object-oriented analysis and design method, using Visual FoxPro database, development tools and language, as well as computer technology to purchase-sell-stock management system analysis, design and implementation.
