It is one of high incidence rate cases which violate the citizen’s personal right. Intentional injury cases are frequency occurring. It severely impairs the citizen’s personal rights and affects the social stability. Because many injury cases set up but not settle down, this phenomenon causes handles the evidence collection and examination in the entire detection is more and more important. So the research on the evidence collection and examination of intentional injury case can increase the consciousness of evidence of the police, stress about the scientific methods of evidence collection and examination to guarantee the case can transfer to prosecution smoothly. The paper starts from the criminal constitution of the intentional injury case. In view of the main questions of current intentional injury cases which exists in the evidence collection and examination. Then the author unions the practice to analyses the evidence collection and examination methods of intentional injury case in the detection process. In order to summarize and accumulate experiences in attack this kind of crime, enhancing the quality of investigation is vital significance. Meanwhile, the research on the evidence collection and examination of intentional injury case can reduce the incidence rate of this criminal case in the new time and guarantee the social stability and founds the harmonious society.
