消防水泵变频调速系统 摘 要 随着经济的发展和社会主义现代化的进程的推进，城市规模越来越大，高层建筑越来越多，大工业区不断增加，石油化工产业方兴未艾，豪华商场，宾馆拔地而起，人员和物质财富不断向城市集中，一旦失火，就可能对公共安全造成很大的威胁，本论文根据的供水要求，设计了一套基于PLC的变频调速恒压供水系统, 并利用组态软件开发良好的运行管理界面。变频恒压供水系统由可编程控制器、变频器、水泵机组、压力传感器、工控机等构成。本系统包含台水泵电机，它们组成变频循环运行方式。采用变频器实现对三相水泵电机的变频调速，运行切换采用“先启先停”的原则。压力传感器检测当前水压信号，送入PLC与设定值比较后进行PID运算，从而控制变频器的输出电压和频率，进而改变水泵电机的转速来改变供水量，最终保持管网压力稳定在设定值附近。  Fire pump frequency conversion speed regulation system Abstract With the development of economy and the advancement of socialist modernization, the city scale is more and more big, more and more high-rise buildings, large industrial zone increasing, petroleum chemical industry is flourishing, luxury shopping malls, hotels, personnel and material wealth to urban concentration, once the fire, may poses a great threat to public safety, so the fire control work is becoming more and more brought to the attention of the society. According to the requirements of the fire water supply, this paper designed a set of variable frequency speed regulation constant pressure water supply system based on PLC, and by using configuration software to develop good operation management interface. Variable frequency constant pressure water supply system by programmable controller, inverter, pump, pressure sensors, industrial control, etc. This system includes two water pump motors, their operation mode of frequency conversion cycle. For three-phase pump motor frequency control of motor speed is realized by using frequency converter, switching operation based on the principle of inception to stop. Current hydraulic pressure sensor signal, into PLC PID arithmetic is after compared with the set value, so as to control the output voltage and frequency of the inverter, and change the water pump motor speed to change water supply, eventually maintain stability of the pipe network pressure near the set point.
