摘 要本工程为层。采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，平面布置比较灵活，受力良好，梁柱，楼板均为现浇根据本地工程地质条件，地震设防烈度7度，框架为三级抗震。建筑工程等级为二级、耐火等级为二级，合理使用年限50年，屋面防水等级为二级。设计共分为三个部分：第一部分为建筑设计部分，包括工程概况、设计依据、标高及建筑细部做法；第二部分为结构设计部分，包括结构布置、确定结构计算简图、荷载计算、水平荷载内力计算、竖向荷载内力计算等内容。第三部分为PKPM结构计算部分，包括TAT输出文件、结构在各荷载下的内力图、手算与电算的结果对比说明。 Abstract The project is a hotel building for five floor. The project adopts the reinforced concrete frame structure; it has flexible plain collocation and excellent capacity of enduring forces. All the beams， columns and floors adopt cast-in-place construction. The earthquake fortified intensity of local area is 7 degrees; the frame belongs to three-class earthquake proof. The engineering order is second-class， the fire-proof order is second-class， the guideline life of the project is 50 years， and the water-proof order of the roof is second-class. The design is divided into three parts. The first part is architectural design， which includes outline of project， design considerations， elevation and architectural detailing. The second part is for the structural design， which includes structural collocation; find simplified calculation diagrams for the structure， load calculation， horizontal loading calculation， vertical loading calculation， etc. The third part is the PKPM structural calculation， which include out-put text file of TAT， internal force diagrams of computerization， and compare results of manual calculation with those of computerization. Key words: Architectural design, structural design, the frame structure1.1 设计目的 毕业设计是学生综合运用所学知识解决实际工作能力的一次全面检验，是培养学生分析问题和解决问题能力的重要环节，使学生走上实际工作岗位的最后一次训练。毕业设计综合运用我们在大学四年所学的基础知识、专业知识和基本技能进行建筑、结构、施工设计的重要实践过程，是完成学习全过程中重要的、最后的一个环节。其要求我们在老师的指导下在规定的时间内完成任务书中所规定的任务，从中学习、掌握和提高综合应用所学的理论知识进行分析问题和解决工程实际问题的能力，熟悉掌握建筑设计、结构设计和施工组织设计的设计方法，并能熟练运用《AutoCAD》、《PKPM》等制图软件，达到能够独立设计的目的。 1.2设计内容与方法 1.2.1建筑设计 1.建筑方案设计 根据房屋建筑学、民用建筑设计通则、民用建筑设计防火规范等相关知识进行建筑方案的设计，针对工程的使用性质做出具体的设计。整个方案要满足大学的教学需要和正常的使用功能，功能分区要细致合理符合规范，使建筑物发挥出其应有的功能。 2.建筑施工图 运用CAD软件进行绘图，绘出建筑的平、立、剖等图。 1.2.2结构设计 1.结构设计计算书 （1）（2）（3）（）（）
