论文题目： 企业经营者的报酬制度研究 考生姓名： 专 业： 工商企业管理 准考证号： 指导老师： 通讯地址： 邮政编码： 日 期： 2011 年 6 月 8 日 摘要:众所周知，一个企业的经营者对整个企业的生死存亡都起着至关重要的作用，所以对于企业经营者的激励是管理界一直探讨的一个话题，同时为了避免腐败，对于企业经营者的监督是一个同等重要的问题。 自从改革开放以来，我国一直寻求建立与社会主义市场经济相适应的企业经营者人力资本激励和监督机制，无论是改革初期的放权让利、利改税阶段，还是以后的企业承包经营责任制以及现代企业制度改革效果始终差强人意。企业经营者的激励和监督机制离社会主义市场经济的要求还相去甚远。因此，完善企业经营者人力资本激励和监督机制，调动经营者的积极性，充分发挥经营者的作用，对推动我国企业的改革和发展具有重要的现实意义。 关键字： 企业是国民经济的细胞，是现代经济的基础。日前我国改革的重点是企业改革，企业改革的成败事关中国经济改革的大局。考察我国企业现状，其最需要的但又最缺乏的，不是物质资源，不是资金，不是技术，而是高素质的人才，尤其是高素质的企业经营者及企业经营者队伍。因而，培育和造就适应我国市场经济建设需要的企业经营者，建立一支高素质的企业经营者队伍己经成为目前深化改革的当务之急，迫在眉睫。 Abstract:As everyone knows, a enterprise operator is of vital importance to the enterprise plays an important role, so the enterprise operators incentive of the management profession has been a topic, at the same time in order to avoid corruption, for the supervision of enterprise managers is an important problem.Since the reform and opening up, China has been seeking to establish a socialist market economy and business human capital incentive and supervision mechanism, whether to put authority to let benefit, policy reform in the early stages, or in the future of enterprise contract management responsibility system and modern enterprise system reform effect always just passable.
