年产3.6万吨食用酒精项目立项投资建设可行性研究论证报告.doc

摘 要 酒精工业是国民经济重要的基础原料产业。它广泛应用于食品工业、化学工业、医卫生领域现又作重要的能源资源而瞩目加强资源综合利用与合理使用进行酒精发酵工厂的初步设计，其中包括厂址的选择、工艺流程设计；物料衡算、热量衡算及主要设备选型的计算；同时绘制了带控制点的工艺流程图、设备布置图和管道布置图等。 采用安琪超级高温酿酒高活性干酵母（超酒酵母）替代原高温酿酒酵母用于玉米酒精生产!通过改进工艺!在不改变原生产设备的条件下实现浓醪发酵!解决了制约产量提高的因素!产量可达到 64~66t/d，每吨酒精成本下降了105元 以玉米为原料生产年产3.6万吨普通级食用酒精，重视资源综合利用回收发酵过程酒糟滤液回用生产蛋白饲料Abstract Ethanol industry is an important fundamental material industry for the development of our national economy.It is widely used in food industry、chemical industry and medicine hygiene region;Now it is fixed eyes on as an important energy resource. During the production process of ethanol, strengthen complex utilization of resource and the intel- ligent use of energy can reduce the costs. The design based on consulting to a great of literatures and re- viewing the production departments of Jilin longgu bioscience and te- chnology corporation ,propose design train of thought of the building that carried out the prelimilary design of factory ,including site selection,technology process design,material balance and major equip- ment selection,and draw up the process control point plans equipment purchase of the map,planning surface map and other channels at the same time. Angel super high temperature resistant active dry yeast was used in the production of corn alcohol insread of orginal yeast.Trial production indicated that high concerntration mash fermentation had been realized with no changes of original facilities and the limiting factors to increase alcohol output had been settled (alcohol output reached 64~66t/d and production cost reduced 105RMB/per ton alcohol). Use corn as raw materials to produce 360，000 kg per year the general level of alcohol consumption,emphasis on comprehensive utilization of resources, recovery filtration lees of fermentation process,boiling water over and etc reuse,use distiller grains to produce DDGS. UASB reactor to treat industrial wastewater,all these not only to reduce pollution,save energy resources, Improve
