万方数据 摘 要 随着 “开放政府数据”倡议在全球范围的广泛传播，政府收集的数据更加开 放透明的为民所用，发挥其最大的价值成为一种趋势。湖北省联网中心存储的全 省范围内高速公路出入口通行记录信息目前只在交通厅内部小范围被使用，主要 用于通行流量的统计分析和通行费用的汇总，因此，将这部分数据安全、实时、 便利的提供给外部使用具有一定的研究和应用价值。 本文的交通系统数据对接就实现了这样的功能：将数据源中的通行记录实时 拷贝到对接设备，对接设备中的数据库成为外界访问的接口，且以文本形式导出 目前用户所需求的信息。 首先，就用户的需求分析了具体的对接实现方案，包括软件、硬件要求及其 所需文件命名和内容的格式规范；其次，详细讨论了方案的应用软件实现，具体 是在VC 平台上开发两个Win32 服务程序实现用户功能需求，涉及到Oracle 和SQL Server 数据库的一系列操作，通过ADO 远程连接数据库，利用命令工具BCP 来导 出文本；描述了每个服务的功能及对应总流程，具体功能实现部分的流程设计也 作了说明；最后，针对已完成的服务应用程序，拟定测试计划，对其进行全面的 测试，给出了部分测试用例及结果，至此，完成本项目的开发。 关键词：开放政府数据 数据对接 Win32 服务 ADO BCP 万方数据 万方数据 Abstract With the initiative of “Open Government Data” worldwide spread, it becomes a trend to maximize the value of data. Currently the highway vehicle traffic records of Hubei Province stored in network center are only used in small- scale, and mainly for the statistical analysis of traffic flow and the summary of tolls. Therefore, it is of high application value to provide an interface for the external to make the traffic records safe, convenient to access. Data connecting of transportation system aims to achieve such functions: copy the source data to the connecting device in time, the database in connecting device becomes an interface to the outside, export the required data as text information. Firstly, based on the user ’s demand, the specific implementation scheme is proposed and analysed, including both software and hardware, and then the file naming and the format of its content are specific described. Secondly, this thesis discuss the specific realization of the data-connecting project, two Win32 service programs are developed on the VC platform, which involve a series of operations on Oracle and SQL Server. Here the connecting to the remote database is via ADO, and the export of text file is through the command tool BCP. Each program’s structure flow charts are described in detail and so do the achievement of functions.
