Vils- meier 试剂一般是由取代酰胺和卤化物形成的复合物. 反应物在 Vilsmeier 试剂的作用下不仅能发生甲酰化反应, 还能 发生氯化、氯化甲酰化、芳香化、重排、脱水、环化等反应, Vilsmeier 试剂已经广泛地运用于有机合成的各个领域, 合 成了许多在医药、农药及染料方面非常重要的化合物. 这里介绍了 Vilsmeier 试剂近年来在环化反应中的研究进展. 关键词 Vilsmeier-Hack 反应; Vilsmeier 试剂; 环化反应 Application of Vilsmeier Reagents in Cyclization in Recent Years Qian, Xiaoqing Zhou, Heng Zhan, Xiaoping Liu, Zenglu Mao, Zhenmin* (School of Pharmacy, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai 200240) Abstract The Vilsmeier-Hack reaction has historically been a topic of great interest to organic chemists, and it continues to attract considerable attention. The Vilsmeier-Hack reaction provides a facile entry into large numbers of aromatic and het- eroaromatic systems. Vilsmeier reagents generated from amides and halides have been found to be very important in organic synthesis. Acylation, chlorination, chloroformylation, aromatization, rearrangement, dehydration and cyclization are the most reactions of Vilsmeier reagents. The application of Vilsmeier reagents in cyclization is introduced.
