重庆科技学院 毕业设计（论文） 题 目 院 （系） 专业班级 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职称 评阅教师 职称 2014年 月 日 摘 要 医药仓储物流的作用及意义在于优化医院物流供应链的管理，从而提高医院的物流效率。高效的物流效率不仅可以提高医院的服务水平，更有助于医院处理各种突发事件。医院仓储物流成本具有系统性、复杂性、削减的乘数效应等特征，它是除原材料之外最大的费用支出，一般占总成本的30%到40%，而有效的物流管理措施能节省15%到30%的物流成本。医院仓库是其主要物流活动发生地点，所以，对仓库进行整体的、合理的优化，不仅可以降低仓储运作成本，加强仓储柔性，还可以有效的提高医院的工作效率。针对仓储物流成本优化问题，本文以重庆市医科大学附属第一医院为研究背景，通过实地调研采集相关数据，采用了SWOT等研究方法进行了分析，得出了对医药仓储物流成本最为重要的影响因素，以此为重庆市医科大学附属第一医院在竞争环境中的仓储物流成本优化提出建议参考。 关键字：医院物流 仓库构建 系统管理 运作模式 Ⅰ  ABSTRACT The role and significance of the pharmaceutical logistics is to optimize hospital logistics supply chain management to improve logistics efficiency of the hospital. Efficient logistics efficiency can not only improve the level of service of the hospital, but also help hospitals deal with emergencies. Hospital systematic logistics costs , complexity, and other characteristics of the reduction of the multiplier effect , it is the largest expense in addition to raw materials, 30% to 40% of the total costs in general , and efficient logistics management measures could save 15 % to 30% of logistics costs. Hospital is a place of its main warehouse logistics activities occur , so the whole of the warehouse , rational optimization , warehouse operations can not only reduce costs, enhance storage flexibility, but also can effectively improve the efficiency of the hospital.
