试析工程监理常见问题与解决措施 　　摘 要：随着建筑工程施工技术的发展，质量问题越来越受到人们的关注，做好工程监理是保证工程质量的重要前提。由于监理制的引入，经过近二十年的探索，工程管理已逐步从单纯依靠行政手段向信合同、守程序、讲科学的依法管理方向过渡，为我国建设事业的发展发挥了举足轻重的作用。然而，随着建设市场的进一步发展，工程监理却陷入了道路越走越窄的窘境。笔者曾多年从事监理工作，所以就目前工程监理存在的一些主要问题提出了相应的对策。 　　关键词：工程监理；存在问题；对策 　　Abstract: With the development of construction technology, quality problem has been paid more and more attention; good project supervision is an important precondition to ensure engineering quality.
