买文档后送图纸，QQ 194535455 高炉无料钟炉顶下密封阀 和下节流阀的设计 摘 要 炼铁是钢铁生产中的一个重要环节，生产出产品（主要是生铁）的质量和产量直接影响到炼钢生产。高炉生产是获得大量生铁的主要手段。然而随着高炉冶炼技术的发展，传统炉顶仍然存在着设备复杂、密封性能差和氮气使用量高等缺点。本文介绍了高炉无料钟炉顶装料布料装置的概况，在高炉顶部，炉顶装料设备是用来装料入炉并使炉料在炉内合理分布，同时起到炉顶密封作用的设备。而高炉无料钟炉顶中的密封阀、料流调节阀关键设备的结构特点并对所存在的问题进行研究与探讨。本次设计的主要内容有：传动方案的比较及方案的确定,电机和液压缸的选择与验算，减速机、轴、键的选择与校核和润滑等内容。本装置的设计简化了炉顶结构，提高了炉顶布料装置的可靠性、密封性，降低了经济成本，对于今后高炉炉顶设备的研究，提供了新的思路。 关键词：无料钟炉顶，装料布料装置，密封阀，节流阀 Abstrct Iron-smelting iron and steel production is an important aspect of producing products (mainly iron) the quality and yield a direct impact on steel production. Blast furnace pig iron production is heavily the primary means. However, with blast furnace smelting technology development, there are still top of traditional complex equipment, poor performance sealed and nitrogen use of the Higher shortcomings. This paper describes the blast furnace of bell-less top fabric loading device profile, in blast furnace at the top, top loading equipment into the furnace is used for loading and charge a reasonable distribution in the furnace, while a top role in sealing Equipment. The blast furnace of bell-less top of the valve seals, material flow control valve key equipment and the structural characteristics of the problems existing research and study. The design elements include: Drive for comparison and for sure, the electrical and hydraulic cylinders and the choice of checking, reducer, reel, and the choice of key check and lubrication, and other content. This device simplifies the design of the top structure, improve the reliability of the device fabric top, seal and reduce the economic costs, the future of blast furnace top equipment, providing a new way of thinking.
