建设工程法律之我见 　　摘要：随着市场经济的深化和《招标投标法》的实施，招投标在建筑市场内被广泛采用。但是，关于中标通知书法律效力的理解争论却日趋激烈。本文通过对中标通知书法律属性诸观点的分析和研究，阐述了合同生效观点的合理性。 　　关键词：中标通知书；合同生效；违约责任；缔约过失 　　Abstract: With the deepening of the market economy and the implementation of the Bidding Law, bidding has been widely used in the construction market. However, the understanding debates on the law force of notification of award is becoming increasingly fierce. In this paper, based on the analysis and research of the various views of the legal property of the notification of award, the author expounds rationality of the views of contract validation.
